Prepping & Cleaning Procedure:
Using a good quality paper towel and grease remover or lacquer thinner, completely and throughly clean the painted surface area on the car where you will apply double sided tape. Do not allow the paper towel or cloth to remain on the car for too long as it will cause damage to the painted surface. Once cleaned, use a minimum amount of adhesion promoter (just enough to fully coat the surface) on a clean lint-free cloth and apply a thin coating to the surface where you will apply the double face tape. All the adhesion promoter to completely dry before you attempt installing the new part(s).
Note: If you do not intend to paint your entire car, we highly recommend that you paint the bumper prior to installing it on your car.

What you need for the installation:

* the body kit (of course)
* grease remover or lacquer thinner
* clean cloth
* adhesion promoter
* double faced tape
* drill and drill bits of various sizes
* sander or grinder
* you may need additional screws depending on the vehicle and body kit.

Side Skirts
Mock up the side skirt to see if it’s going to install properly. If the factory rocker panel is interfering with the installation, you are going to have to remove it. If the side skirt looks like a little short at the edges (where it wraps around the wheel well), you might be able to shave a little bit off the corner of the side skirt for a proper fit.
Install the side skirt using screws on each end right where it wraps around the wheel well. This is the part where you might need to lift the car and take the wheels off.

Bumpers

Next, test the fit of the new front bumper. Make sure that nothing hinders with the placement and fit on the car.
If the fitment is correct the installation process may move forward.
If the fitment is incorrect then the removal or repositioning of certain components, such as reinforcement bars may be required. This is because every car is different. If this is the case remove the element and test fit the front bumper again. This should be done with caution and is done at the installers own risk.
When the bumper is in place, shaving or filing maybe required. Many parts will require this because certain areas are made with more material to lower the risk of damage. Also, if a car has been in an accident or previously modified, this may cause additional sanding, cutting or filing.
